Best Healthy Food in Lake Ronkonkoma

What a great place to eat. I can't believe the portion size of the salad for a full grown man with a huge appetite it was more than fulfilling. And the smoothie was absolutely delicious. If your ever looking for a healthy and hearty meal this is the place!!!!

4.9 stars. Definitely a 5-star spot… but I’m not giving them the full 5 because this place needs to stay humble. 😂 I love that the second I walk in, I’m greeted by name, my usual order is already being prepared, and somehow there’s never a wait. It’s like they know me better than I know myself. The selfish part of me doesn’t want everyone discovering this place because I don’t want to lose that personal touch. 😂 But it’s too good not to share.

We absolutely love this place! I come at least once or twice a week The food is always amazing. Lately, parking has been a bit of a challenge, and there’s no access to the back of building. The owner mentioned that construction in the area is causing the issue, which makes sense- it’s definitely made getting into the store frustrating. With the obstacles, we love love the food and it’s totally worth it.
